Shipping

Your order will be shipped from France to anywhere in the world within 2 to 5 business days after receiving your payment.

With standard delivery, most orders take between 10 to 20 days to reach you, depending on where you live. If you need your package faster, you can ask me for a shipping upgrade before ordering. I cannot garantee any delivery date. Shipments always include a tracking number. All purchases are packed and shipped with extreme care.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment options

Payments are processed through PayPal or Credit Card. You can use all major credit/debit cards. You will receive an immediate confirmation from the site if your transaction has been completed and your purchase was successful.

Returns & exchanges

I try to give detailed descriptions, images and dimensions if applicable, along with a statement of condition, to help you make an informed choice. That’s why all sales are final.

Please contact me if you are not happy with your order for any reason. Any refused packages will not receive a refund.

Items damaged during shipment

I strive to pack all of my shipments as well as I possibly can, however, sometimes an item will be damaged during shipping no matter how well I pack it.

In case the shipper damages your item, please let me know within 3 days of receipt.

To make a successful damage claim:

  1. Take photos of the damage to the items AND also the packing materials.

  2. Please email photos and a written description of the damage to me.

  3. Keep ALL packaging to assist in the claim with the shipping company.

Package being returned because unclaimed

If your package is returned by the carrier because it has been unclaimed, shipping costs for a second shipment will be requested + a 10% fee (of the shipping costs amount). No refund will be possible.

Deposit

You may be asked to pay a 15% deposit if you want to hold an item.

The item will be sent only after the full price is paid.

The deposit cannot be refunded.
